Engage & Assist was founded by Sara, a passionate professional with extensive experience in the disability and supported accommodation sector. With dual qualifications in Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology, and as a certified Behaviour Support Practitioner, Sara brings a holistic and person-first approach to support work and SIL services.
Her vision for Engage & Assist was simple yet powerful: to create a service that prioritises real-life outcomes, fosters independence, and empowers individuals to feel safe, connected, and in control of their lives. Whether it’s in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home or through daily access and community support, our goal is to ensure every person receives consistent, compassionate, and meaningful support—delivered by a team who truly cares.
